We are looking for a creative, proactive, and fast-learning Content & Social Media Intern to help grow both the company's brand and the founder's personal brand across multiple social media platforms. Core Objective Your success will be measured by one primary metric: Number of qualified inquiries generated This role prioritizes results over vanity metrics such as likes, followers, or impressions. Key Responsibilities Create and publish content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms. Develop high-impact content that attracts business owners and executive decision-makers. Write captions, hooks, and CTAs specifically designed to generate direct inquiries. Plan and execute basic digital campaigns focused on lead generation. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure content remains aligned with current offers. Respond to DMs promptly and convert initial interest into meaningful business conversations. Continuously test and iterate on content formats, including reels, carousels, and short-form video. Track performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven results. Self-driven mindset with a commitment to consistency. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing a professional social media page. General understanding of business operations or the startup ecosystem. Compensation & Growth Base Allowance: LKR 15,000 per month.
