Freelancers disappear mid-project
No accountability, no continuity. Every project starts from zero and relies on someone new.
You win the client. Then the real challenge starts — finding reliable technical people to actually build what was promised.
No accountability, no continuity. Every project starts from zero and relies on someone new.
Delays, rework, and hidden vendor costs eat into what should have been a healthy profit.
When five different vendors build five different projects, there is no standard and no consistency.
Without reliable technical delivery, the best clients — the ones who need software — pass you by.
This is not a project-by-project vendor relationship. Throughout becomes the technical arm of your agency — a team that grows with you, understands your clients, and is accountable to your standards.
Throughout wins client engagements — websites, apps, platforms, automations. You manage the commercial relationship, the brief, and the client expectations.
Throughout hires, employs, and manages a development team exclusively for your agency. Developers, QA engineers, and designers who work only on your projects. No shared pools. No split attention.
Requirements gathering, system architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Your clients get a complete technical delivery. You stay focused on growth.
You receive a full monthly report: every developer's hours, every cost, every invoice, and the profit split calculation. You also have read access to our project management tools in real time.
As workload increases, we proactively identify when additional resources are needed and hire with your acknowledgment. New team members are aligned to your contract period. The team is yours to scale.
A full-stack delivery capability embedded into your agency — without the overhead of running an engineering team.
From discovery and requirements through to deployment and post-launch support. We own the entire technical delivery so you don't have to manage the pieces.
Your developers work only on your agency's projects. They attend your standups, understand your clients' codebases, and build long-term domain expertise on your stack.
Task tracking, sprint planning, weekly delivery updates, and a monthly financial report. You always know the status of every project and every rupee spent.
Throughout handles hiring, employment contracts, payroll, EPF/ETF, and all HR compliance. You carry zero employer liability for the technical team.
All code, designs, and systems built for your clients belong entirely to those clients. Throughout retains no intellectual property from client work.
When your project pipeline grows, we identify the need before capacity runs out and hire with your acknowledgment. The team expands with your business, not after it.
Most outsourcing relationships hide the cost structure. Throughout is built on the opposite principle — complete financial transparency is not a feature, it's the foundation of how we work.
Monthly Partner Report — June 2026
Delivered 7th JulyThis partnership works best for a specific kind of agency. If you recognise your business below, we should talk.
You excel at strategy, campaigns, and client relationships. When a client needs a platform or web application built, you want to say yes — not scramble.
You design experiences that clients love. Now you need an engineering team that can actually build what you've designed — to the standard you've promised.
Your clients trust you with their brand. When that brand needs a digital presence — a website, an app, a system — you need technical delivery you can stand behind.
You drive results through data and experimentation. A dedicated tech team means you can build the tools, dashboards, and platforms your growth strategies actually require.
The commercial structure is designed to align our incentives with yours — we grow when you grow.
Revenue-share model, net profit basis
Long-term, clear, and fair to both sides
A partnership only works when both sides go in with clear expectations.
The client owns all intellectual property — all code, designs, systems, and documentation created during the engagement. Neither Throughout nor your agency retains any ownership over client-commissioned work. IP assignment is handled at the point of project delivery.
Throughout manages all employment matters. If a developer resigns, we initiate replacement hiring immediately. During the transition, bench costs are managed according to the agreed workload protocol. You are not left without coverage and you are not responsible for recruitment — that's our job.
This is one of the most common real-world scenarios and it's addressed in writing before the partnership starts. We have a three-stage protocol: during the first 30 days of reduced volume, the team continues and bench time is productively used for training. Between 30 and 60 days, both parties negotiate a cost-sharing arrangement. Beyond 60 days, a formal review takes place and the team structure can be adjusted. No surprises — everything is agreed in advance.
For all project work — standups, task tracking, technical discussions, delivery updates — yes, your team communicates directly with the development team. For employment matters, compensation, performance, and HR issues, all communication goes through Throughout's account manager. This protects both the developers and the integrity of the partnership structure.
Salary ranges for every role are agreed jointly between your agency and Throughout before any offer is made. This ensures the cost structure is transparent and that you are not surprised by expenses. Throughout handles the actual employment, payroll, and statutory contributions — but the agreed bands are visible to you.
We are currently accepting applications for 3 to 4 agency partnerships. We deliberately limit the number of partners to ensure every agency gets a truly dedicated team — not a shared resource pool. If you are interested, we recommend reaching out early to discuss fit before slots are filled.
